Get In TouchOriginally in the early 90s, Meridian started as a construction project management and development company taking on distressed projects that had all types of Real Estate shortfalls.
Projects ranged from $20 million to $100 million in asset value. Most of the projects had cost overruns, construction losses, issues with sales, leases, and debt service.
Our main focus and mission when we're hired is to audit the project and alleviate distressed milestones, stop cost overruns, inject capital where needed, and meet many milestones of construction to get to certificate of occupancy.
Most of our clients are banks, private equity, general contractors, and investment groups. These clients are the capital side of the investment. Meridian would mobilize onto the project, our management would be Owners representation to the bank and complete the project.
