Meridian Concepts: Over 30 years’ experience with distressed properties.
Originally in the early 90s Meridian started as a construction project management and
development company taking on distressed projects that had all types of Real Estate short
falls.
Projects were 20 million to 100 million dollars of asset value. Most of the projects Had cost
overruns, Construction losses, issues with sales, leases, and debt service.
Our main focus and mission when we’re hired was to Audit the project and alleviate
distressed milestones, stop cost overruns, inject capital were needed and meet many
milestones of construction to get to certificate of occupancy. This also includes bringing on
marketing teams to help sales and facilitate Debt service,
Clients
Most of Our clients are banks and investment groups. These clients are the capital side of the
investment. Meridian would mobilize onto the project, our management would be Owners
representation to the bank and complete the project
Produce the marketing and management that is needed to increase leasing per the property
with new tenants.

Our approach is simple and direct.
Our team has the experience and the ability to work woth many different types of real
estate projects and turn key. We've worked on all types of distressed assets.
Our clients are mostly Banks, investment groups, private equity and hedge funds.
We have had these relationships for over 20 years
our contacts within the distressed Arena has given us access to performing and non-
performing notes within the real estate divisions of the banks.
We are working carefully to broker, project manage and communicate with all of our
investment groups to facilitate note brokering.
We have buyers and sellers that are interested to purchase and sell notes.
